SERVICES

Architectural salvage before demolition

Green Circle's service is designed to create value for property owners by offering reusable building parts through online auction.

Illustration — An empty hall with a curved staircase in pale timber, its turned balusters rising past a tall leaded window. The floor is grey and white marble laid as a chequerboard. Panelled walls and a carved stone chimneypiece stand to the right, an arched doorway beyond.

How it works

Three steps, in order. Anything beyond them depends on the property.

  2. 02 Green Circle reviews the information you provide.
  3. 03 If the project may be a fit, Green Circle contacts you to discuss next steps.

What happens after you contact us

Green Circle will review your request and follow up using the contact information you provide.

Some questions need a conversation rather than a web page. These are not published because they have not been confirmed:

  • which property and project types qualify
  • the exact geography served
  • minimum lead time, size, value or condition
  • who inventories, photographs, removes, stores or transports material
  • fees, commissions, buyer premiums or owner proceeds
  • the timeline from assessment to auction and removal

Ask about any of them when you request an assessment.
